What is responsible gaming and why does it matter?
Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming and betting as a controlled, fun form of entertainment — never at the cost of essential everyday expenses. At f77abc we believe that playing with awareness and within limits gives you the most enjoyable experience.
Online gaming is a healthy form of entertainment for many people. However, for some it can take a negative turn. That is why f77abc has developed various tools and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for every player.
Remember: gaming is never a source of income — it is entertainment. Set a budget before you play and be prepared to lose it. Never play with borrowed money or funds you cannot afford to lose.
Principles of healthy gaming
- Set a maximum spending limit before you start playing and stick to it.
- Treat gaming as entertainment only, not as a way to earn money.
- Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
- Do not place more bets trying to recover money you have lost.
- Avoid playing when you are stressed or in an emotional state.
- Never play at the expense of sleep, work, or family responsibilities.
Warning signs of problematic gaming
If any of the signs below appear in yourself or someone you know, it should be taken as an indication that gaming is becoming a problem. Seek help immediately.
Financial warning signs
- Spending more money than your budget allows.
- Playing with borrowed money or by draining savings.
- Putting money into gaming instead of covering family expenses.
- Desperately chasing losses to recover money already lost.
Behavioral warning signs
- Skipping work, studies, or family responsibilities to play.
- Lying to or hiding gaming activity from family.
- Feeling restless or irritable when unable to play.
- Withdrawing from social life and friendships.

6 tips for healthy gaming
Set a Budget
Decide how much you will spend before each gaming session. Spend only that amount — no more.
Respect time limits
Do not play for long stretches at a time. Take at least a 10-minute break every hour and do something else.
Keep your emotions in check
Avoid playing when you are angry, anxious, or stressed. Making decisions with a clear head is always better.
Find other forms of entertainment
Spend time with family, friends, or hobbies. Gaming is a small part of life — not everything.
Lower your expectations of winning
Winning every bet is not possible. Think of money lost as the cost of entertainment, not as a loss.
Do not hesitate to ask for help
If you are struggling to control your gaming, talk to our support team. Asking for help is a sign of strength.
